At By Simran, we pride ourselves on the high quality of our jewelry, but we understand that life happens! That's why we offer a 1-year warranty from the purchase date on all our beautiful pieces. If any issues arise, we'll provide you with replacement pieces. This includes but is not limited to: breaking, damage, faulty pieces, unexpected tarnishing, etc.
Please note that this warranty does not cover lost items.
